Cool bird what kind is it again?
I was looking on the internet yesterday and I was surprised to find out how many different kinds of exotic pets that live in the US these days.
I personally wouldn’t want a baboon for a pet but who am I to judge, he’s probably very nice and those long sharp teeth are for eating fruit, right? My personal favorite was the alligator because I certainly want to find an 8 foot predator in my bath tub first thing in the morning.
Surely you won’t mind if your 6 foot python decides that he wants a snack and you’re on the menu. Really I am just joking I saw several really neat exotic pets that aren’t big or scary. Lizards, I was surprised to find out, are the fastest growing exotic pet in the U.S. and Great Britain. I like little lizards they are cute however I wouldn’t put my hand too close to one just in case they do have teeth after all.
Parrots are the most sought after exotic bird here in the U.S., they are beautiful and most of them can be taught to talk just be careful what your are saying in the room where your Parrot lives, no one wants to hear how Grandma Ethel smells like old lady at Christmas time, you need that 10 bucks she’s giving you for Parrot food.
Monkeys believe it or not are very popular, and even though they throw their own poop that is no reason not to have one if you have endless time to clean up after him. You can even buy sharks for your fish tank these days just don’t let the cat too close sharks can jump you know and you don’t want to find random parts of Fluffy floating at the top of your tank, do you?
Just use caution when choosing an exotic pet since some of them can eat you, or might at least try.
